Very pleasant experience with the staff. Kept me informed on the “ going ons”.
Introduction was video visit. But video portion would not work. Also I thought my appointment was 3:15. Luckily I was home and able to take the call at 1:10. My conversation , since the video was not working, was very productive. Dr. Chen was personable and as thorough as possible over the phone. My first in person visit will most likely be at the time of a scheduled colonoscopy. I am hoping that video will work better.
