This “doctor” did nothing except show up. He told me that taking Miralax would fix my problem. He made things up in his notes including a diagnosis no one told me about. He didn’t listen, kept repeating, “yeah” and left as fast as he could. No follow up. No nothing. I cannot recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Alan Chen is fine but his office staff are not. I would not recommend this place at all!
Dr. Chen was extremely thorough with me on my first visit and seems to really care about helping me manage my ulcerative colitis and IBS. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new GI doctor.
Absolute worst experience ever! I scheduled my appointment in MID JULY. The earliest date I could get was Sept 20th. I received a call back today that my appointment for tomorrow has been canceled because the doctor will be out. The next earliest date is November 28th! That is over 2 months away!!! I asked if they could fit me in sooner considering THEY had to cancel and they said they could not.
