I contacted Cathy and Alan to do a detailed evaluation of my home’s worth in May 2024 and they truly delivered! They were thoughtful, helpful, and very professional.They returned my call quickly, came to my home within a day and had my property review ready within the week. I’m not quite ready to sell but when I do they will be my realtor team!
If I could give 0 stars I would. These two people are some of the worst relators that I have ever encountered. To describe Cathy and Alan, I would use the words rude, condescending, and misleading to say the least. Be cautious if you are doing business with them and document everything.
The A team !!!!!!!! Alan and Cathy went above and beyond our expectations. So caring to our needs and so responsive to the time we had to purchase a house.Their knowledge and experience enabled us to move quickly and at literally at a moments notice they were there for us . Relationships is their first priority and it showed. They truly understand the emotions people have during these very important decisions of Buying or selling a home .We LOVE our new home in TR and we have gained friends for life.
