I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish — the staff was friendly and professional, Dr. Haspel made me feel completely at ease, and everything was explained clearly. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and my recovery has been much easier than I expected. Absolutely no complaints — I highly recommend them!
As unprofessional as it gets. His office canceled an appt that I had for July 12th in the afternoon of July 11th after sending me five confirmation texts. Instead of fitting me in within a couple of days for this initial consultation, they tried to push it out two months. One month if I could go to another office. This is totally unprofessional, and I would never deal with this practice. Mind you this was a referral from my dentist because I needed an implant on my front tooth.
