A 1st Class plumbing company. We just had our house re-piped and Alan's Plumbing completed the job on schedule, on time, and at the price quoted. The technician Luke was here on-time every day and met all our expectations. Professional company and treated our home with respect to cleaning and minimizing any damages due to the necessary work. I am so disappointed with Alan's Plumbing. They have been a part of your neighborhood for a long time and relied on by many. In 2019 I had a toilet backup that ended up being a large clog in the plumbing system of the home. It was a Saturday and when I called, the plumber came to the house in a short period of time. The plumber had to remove the toilet, bring in a machine to pump through the piping of the home to release the clog. He spent maybe about an 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour from start to finish. January 4, 2018: I was trying to replace a water filter to my ice maker yesterday, when I stupidly loosened the wrong part and water started jetting into my face and all over the cabinet and onto the kitchen floor flooding the area with 1-2 inches of water in a short time. I did stay with the project and found the shut-off valve and mopped out lots of water.
