I listed my house with this guy. He tells you what you want to hear then once you are signed, never answers the phone or returns phone calls. I ended up having to wait until the listing expired, then went with another agency. Avoid this guy. If you want to sell your home, I suggest any other real estate agency. You will be nothing but disappointed. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate for California regarding my very bad experience with this guy.
