Tried kickboxing today, it was great! Tyler took the time to show this newcomer how to throw down on the bag. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Very energizing workout, just enough of what I needed to start getting this ole girl back in shape and learn a thing or two! I WILL be back!

I live in West Virginia and I have been training for a little less than a year. I am in the military and spent a week at a military training facility in Gulfport. While there, I had the opportunity to train with and learn from the amazing people at Alan Belcher MMA.
