It is a awesome place and works outs! I really like that no matter what pace you start out with the instructors encourage you to do better and so helpful to get you where you need to be. Best thing I have done for myself ever!! Highly recommend!!!
Awesome!!!! Instructors are very motivating... Work outs always different..... When you finish class you feel accomplished. Highly recommend it!!!
This is the second time I'm going and all the instructors where very nice this time it will be for me I'm excited

Love this place! Great down to earth people great atmosphere great workouts couldn't ask for anything more! I should have joined this club a long time ago if you are looking for a great place to Train/workout look no further this place is awesome!
