I had a very bad experience with Dr. Banks’s staff, specifically with a certain lady named “Dee.” She was very rude and impatient with me, as a client. I must admit I had lost my temper too. She claims that I had cancelled and rescheduled for appointments too many times and that I would need my parents’ permission to reschedule or cancel again. He does not look 60. I ask him if the Banks are open and he said yes. Love a good sense of humor in a Doctor. Oh yes, only took him a few minutes to put my stent in and save my life which is very important in a Doctor. Hey Doctor if you are reading this those glasses make you look older. Excellent care from door to door. My expectations were hesitant because I just moved here. But The staff, and Dr Banks, with Lisa RN treated me with grace and professionalism. Dr Banks is knowledgalble, and up to date on protocols for Aortic Aneurysms, and congenital valve malformations. What a blessing he is. Thank you!!!! ps: Regina was outstanding in expediting my care! Thank you will never be enough.
