From the start, Alan and Heather were nothing but professional and patient with us. Any time we saw a house we were interested in, Heather was extremely prompt in getting out to the house and sending us detailed pictures and videos with audio descriptions. This was immensely helpful, as we were purchasing the property without being in town to be able to see everything on our own. The closing process was effortless on our part, and they also helped me find local vendors to make certain repairs/maintenance on the property.
