He's been great for my family and I for years.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! It has been a nightmare dealing him, very dishonest. He wants to get paid but does't want to do the work and does not care if the customer is happy or not. We had a brand new AC installed and right away, we knew something wasn't right. We called and were told he would be on vacation for 2 weeks, leaving us without air conditioning, with 2 young kids. GREAT JOB. My A/C went out on Thursday night. Was referred to Alan by a friend of a friend. I called and left a voicemail at 7pm. Alan was at my house at 7am the next morning. He diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes (condenser fan motor) got the part and had it blowing cold air by Friday afternoon. In morning I had asked for an estimate of the cost and he gave me what I considered to be a fair estimate. Actual charge at the end of the day was UNDER the estimate. How often does that happen? I will definitely use him again.
Fix everything quickly and efficiently
Scam Artist.... Was more worried about being paid than actually doing any work. Quoted $55 to diagnose then changed it to $65. Did NOTHING to diagnose or correct the problem. Remember, if you hire them and get burned You Were Warned!!
