Front desk attitude wasn’t necessary. Just needed a Dr’s note to return to work, which “WAS” a service provided to me before. Basically had a severe gout flare up 3 days ago, unable to put any weight on my feet. Missed a few days a work. After finally being able to walk/leave my house I went to what I felt was good local clinic, but instead left in bad mood for the way I was spoken to by front CMA. Never going back
I had a procedure done at this clinic in early May. While the Dr. Smaltz who performed it was amazing and the procedure went well, getting a post op scheduled has been more difficult than it should be. Trying to get this clinic to communicate with the doctors office to schedule an appointment has been very difficult. They have canceled my appt twice already. Not a huge deal, things happen. This is the worse clinic ever. I have been waiting for a prescription for two weeks now. Iv been told that the prescription has been called in but when I drove down to pick it up, I am told it was not called in. This is absolutely ridiculous and I receive the same info every time I call which is every other days. How despicable of a dr can you be.
