Receptionist was very unprofessional! To bad I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I made an appointment for myself and my husband. They sent me an email telling me in geek how to upload or download or something their registration papers. My cell phone doesn't do that and I could not get it to work on my laptop. I called them several times during the week for help but they just shrugged their shoulders and said "That's how we do it here." I went into the office today to ask for the paper forms for me to fill out, and they said they don't have any - its all done "digitally". I'm 73. I practically drool on m... read more
I contacted the number to make an appointment with Dr. Wilkinson and was informed he was no longer there. The young lady that answered the phone immediately asked me for my age, which I gave her, and asked her why she needed that if Dr. Wilkinson was longer there. She totally ignored my question and proceeded to ask my name. She was sharp, rude and inconsiderate. I thanked her and hung up.
Precscibed a bio logic. Shipped to my home. Mike Wilkerson found out online pharmacist was directing me how to use and - refused to see me for my follow up visit with him; his office staff came out to the lobby and announced " he will not see you " an embarrassing situation! Mike Wilkerson cancelled my medication. My painful symptoms came back!! All this mess was caused by his staff. No apologies given. He's a jerk
