Alamogordo Va clinic not really care about there patients- my husband Vietnam veteran 81 year old with long time diabetes didn’t have prescription renewed and we do not have clue when insulin going to be delivered. 3 days ago I connected Va hot line and got case# but we still not been contacted.
One of the best VA offices I have been to throughout the country. They maybe small but they are amazing. Kind, respectful and thorough. One of the things I miss after our move to Florida
This clinic registered me here against my will, and the best part is they can’t even provide a single document stating that I wanted to be seen here. Straight negligence by them.
Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.
