I live in the next county, but I am a member of the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce. By far, the Alamogordo Chamber the best chamber from top to bottom, from the directors and staff, to the events offered, the members involved, and the message that it sends out to the community. I am proud to be involved with the Chamber and with the businesses and wonderful people of Alamogordo!
The Chamber of Commerce offers many benefits to its members. I believe your organization has an excellent opportunity to periodically educate and/or remind its members on how businesses should properly display and fly the U.S. Flag ; Send out communication on The United States Flag Code. Furthermore, you might want to remind the members that the American Legion, the Military, and other organizations periodically conduct proper flag burning ceremonies if the Flag they ( the business owner) own needs to be disposed of properly... read more
