Edit: they reached out to my lender to make the adjustments. I'm just saddened it couldn't have been like this from the beginning. We are absolutely appalled by Lauren’s appraisal of the home we are purchasing and the consequences her requirements have imposed on our transaction. We are obtaining a conventional loan with 20% down, yet Lauren made the appraisal subject to repairs in a manner we would expect with property-condition requirements associated with FHA or VA financing. Didn't get past the first sentence. Called and when the gentleman answered I was polite and said "Hello, good afternoon how are you?" He told me "He was real busy and asked what did I want." I was going to ask him to do an aprasial but no patience for common decebut now a days I suppose.
