I have had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen. It took me a while to get it but it was well worth the wait. She listened to me and spent quite a bit of time with me in the room. You may wait in the waiting room a bit but she will more than make up for it in the room and never make you feel rushed. Dr. Nguyen is providing me with all the testing necessary to diagnosis me and help me find relief. I am so glad I found her and trust her with my health. Dr. Nguyen is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She takes her time and does not rush appointments like other doctors do. Sure you might wait a little longer for your scheduled appointment but just be aware that she will spend as much time needed taking care of your medical needs. Both my wife and I have been seeing her for over 12 years now! Highly recommend!!!!!!
Everyone in the office knows me by name and are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is excellent. She listens to my concerns and offers multiple suggestions. I really appreciate that she encourages me to make the necessary lifestyle changes (and has suggestions for every level of effort.. every little bit helps) instead of just writing a prescription. Beyond disappointed with my mom’s initial appointment here. Dr. Nguyen is extremely rude and condescending. Does not show any sort of compassion or respect towards her patients. She’ll make you feel stupid if you spell out your medication incorrectly, and just seems like she’s always cranky - absolutely would not recommend.
