We purchased our home in the middle of 2006, oh the ladies at the title company are always very nice and attentive. The problems come when there’s a problem….Mid 2019 we were approached by Montgomery county with an acquisition proposal to acquire a small corner section of our front yard approx. 150 square feet. Never ever close with this title company. Absolutely horrendous. They never have their process together. Come up with stuff to do at the last minute. 10 days before closing they didn’t have the title open and the title commitment wasn’t issued. Many other problems! If it isn’t for my favorite builder I would never close my transaction with especially this branch! And this is the 3rd time same issues!
