The Alamo Title of Texas team is always a class act! I've been using their services for years and they will continue to be my preferred title company
I recently closed on a property in DFW and Cody was amazing to work with. At closing, he walked me through all of the documents I was signing and even provided local recommendations for various vendors I may need as a first-time homebuyer.
I have worked with Alamo title for closing my home. Overall experience was good at the time of closing. But faced an calculation error for HOA dues. It took long time to explain but issue was taken care. I recommend working with Cody
I personally didn’t used them, however this title co is so incompetent doing deed work it has affected my family negatively. They cleared selling of property twice and it’s still owned by us( just with appraisal disctrict). I’m advising you all check both offices for ownership of your property
