Second time we have ate here has become our favorite restaurant. First time we did the love nest. Great food and service
Hostess was rude when our large group entered the door. Salad was brown, steak was tough, pork chops were not good.
Very expensive and the food was ‘good’ at best. Nothing was hot, just warm. On the positive side…Our server (Anita) was great. Very friendly, down home country lady, but she alone could not overcome the other items.
RecommendedGreat food. Steak was fantastic. Broccoli was sooo good. My son loved his chicken. Tonya was our server and she was great! Will definitely come back when we visit Gatlinburg again!
Great food, especially the steaks and Alamo potatoes! Best dinner salad of all the places we’ve tried too! You get a large amount of food for the price as well. Our friendly server, Jennifer did a wonderful job taking care of us. We go to Alamo in Gburg or Pigeon Forge on every trip. Thank you for giving veterans and military half off their meals in the month of November. Johnson Family Restaurants are the only ones I know who do this.
Great steaks and you will never, ever, be disappointed. Staff is so friendly, you will think your family. I cannot say enough great things about the Alamo. It may be a little pricey, but they have the Best Steaks in town. We go every time we come to Gatlinburg.#highly recommended#good food#kid friendly#good ambiance#friendly staff#must try
We visited Gatlinburg January 2nd, 2021. Yolanda served us at Alamo and was by far the best waitress we experienced in Gatlinburg. The filet Mignon was melt in your mouth tender. The bread and butter and crab dip were excellent. Between her and the great food we had, the experience was wonderful! Thank you Yolanda for making our last night in Gatlinburg special!
Very good prime rib an the service was beyond great..
Everything was great from the waitress to the steak.
