I went to Alamo Smiles to get a regular cleaning covered by my insurance. I was told that there would be a charge because I was supposed to get a periodontal cleaning, not a regular cleaning. I was never formed about this during the past year and refused, left the office and wondered why my teeth wouldn’t be cleaned unless I got the periodontal cleaning as well. I will not return to this office.
