We flew in to Bozeman to find out at the counter they had no cars even though we had a reservation. The manager ensured us they would cover the price difference with another rental company since they put us in such a pickle (it was 10 pm, we had a 45 min drive, one very tired toddler and no car or means to get where we were needing to go). Really fast and efficient pick up and drop off. Friendly, helpful staff. Desk near baggage collection in the airport, and car location 2 minutes walk from there. Probably the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had.
