Understaffed, inventory is non-existent and their processes are ridiculously slow. Don't use this location for any rentals. Should be a zero stars. I feel sorry for their employees. Alamo should be ashamed of such a poorly run operation with their name on it. Added: 1.5hour wait, didn't have the correct vehicle (needed a truck for work purposes) and it smelled like smoke. Sad.
Call center and this location do not communicate. Reserved 2 vehicles and none were available but Tyler helped me out massively and cleaned up a last minute return to get me on the road.
The LCH Airport location provided the best rental experience I can recall. Helpful, friendly staff and expeditious service.

Great experience and most helpful staff!
