Rented a car from Alamo Rental in Amarillo this past week. The agent was very helpful and efficient. Will definitely rent from them in the future.
The experience was excellent, check in and out was easy & fast.
This location is trying to charge me damage on a rental car that was damaged by a previous renter. .I took photos the day of the rental and the photo's meta data shows that the vehicle was damaged prior to me leaving the lot. It will be easy to prove with transaction records and security records. I brought this to the attention of the Agent on duty at this location before I left.
