Sue was very courteous and helpful during check out and in of the vehicle I rented. Thanks!
Check in and drop off was smooth however left a brand new charger in the vehicle, called the desk 3 times while in security no answer. Another family member was flying out later the same day stopped to see if he could pick it up and they said no charger was found. Guess the employees needed it more than I did. Amarillo airport alamo thieves. Will not use again and recommend you don’t either.
Overall, A good experience. only significant complaint is they did not have the car available that I thought I was renting, but they did find an acceptable alternative.
Very friendly and great rental car. Price was great also.
