Servizio assistenza pessimo, se potessi dare una stella la darei. L'auto segnava una situazione di pericolo e il personale non curante ci ha dato un indirizzo, a discapito che ci fermasse anche la polizia e ci ha mandato personalmente a cambiare lo pneumatico. Si avete capito bene durante il viaggio dobbiamo stare dal gommista. Pessimi è poco. Preciso che avevo anche l'assistenza stradale inclusa nel contratto.
The location was within the airport terminal so didn’t have to walk far or wait for a shuttle bus. The gentleman at the front desk was nice. The check-in and out were easy and fast.
Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a rental and was informed upon pickup that they couldn’t accept my debit card because I was local, but if I would have flown in it wouldn’t be a problem. Really don’t see the difference if I was local or from out of town. Highly don’t recommend this company for anyone.
Great service. Will rent from Alamo again!
