I have used this company a few times and after my experience with them at the Atlanta airport I will always chose Alamo! I tried going to enterprise first but they only cars for week rentals and not day!! We went to Alamo and they helped us out fast and gave us an upgrade! They were so nice and helpful! I've used them at salt lake city too and it went fast and great service!

This was the first time that I have used Alamo and the customer service is terrible. I flew my family up to Washington to spend time with them for Christmas. Our family wanted us to extend our stay for one more day and Alamo wanted to charge me over 500 dollars. Then I asked to change drop off to another destination and it was going to cost me over 200 dollars. The reason for the trip was because my daughter was killed by adrunk driver in September and they still would not help me to extend the rental for one day. The custom... read more

I flew into Paine Field and had previously rented a car from Alamo. Not only did they call me to confirm my unpaid reservation the day before, but they were super efficient and friendly when I picked up the car. I hopped on their SUV shuttle, was driven a few minutes away to the rental office and had my very clean car in less than 10 minutes. They also emailed me right back when I inquired about the drop off. Excellence all the way around!

The Lady, where I picked up vehicle was nice, but encouraged an upgrade. The Lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She called a taxi for us.

The staff was very friendly and the car was practically new. Great experience overall. Only downside is that you have to take a shuttle from PAE for pickup and that takes a little extra time, but drop off is super convenient so no stars off.
