Love Alamo! Unlike the other rental companies they treat me with respect...not like they are just doing me a favor! Love being able to pick out my own car too. Friendly and very helpful employees. Love the online check in and by passing the counter.
Most often times getting a rental from Ft. Lauderdale or even Miami International Airport can be a tiring tasks because of the long wait times. They have no control of arriving passengers who are also renting, but my experience this time around was more than pleasant, I arrived to the airport a little earlier than usual to retrieve my rental and my wait time was less than anticipated. Not to mention the Agent who took care of me was very pleasant and accommodating. Kudos to Alamo and agent M
What a simple way to rent a car. Skip the counter is the only way to go from now on. We were in our car in less than 5 minutes after baggage pick up. There was a great selection of cars. Reservations on line was simple and efficient. I would definitely recommend Alamo to others.
Had a great experience at Alamo in Fort Lauderdale. There was quite a long line when we arrive to try to pick up our car. However, the self-serve kiosk was free and we were able to get our car without any delay. The system was easy to navigate and found our reservation quickly. While we were completing the information, we were offered water by one of the staff members which was really nice! Skip the Counter is a Great Service. Alamo staff are just Fantastic. Why would anyone rent a car anywhere else.Alamo is number 1. !!!!
This was my first time using the skip the counter option and it worked out fine. The car was spotless and I was in and out of the facility real quick.
I have been using Alamo for several trips recently and have found the Skip the Counter to be the main reason. Not to mention the helpfulness of the staff both leaving and returning. The cars have been spotless and in top shape. I will continue to use Alamo. I could not be happier!
This was my first time using Alamo and I was ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED. I had been using another company for years and half the time the car was NOT ready as it was supposed to be. Alamo did not have the car I ordered (Holiday Weekend) but gave me a great upgrade at the same price. Will definitely use them agaain
The Alamo Insiders is awesome. Works well and quick check-in. I never rented from them before due to waiting in long lines. I tried this new Insider and Check in was fast.
