The online check in was great. After checkin in we were able to walk directly out to the parking lot and select from many different cars in the class we paid for. This was the best car renting experience we have ever had.

Great experience from pick up to drop off. We chose the 'skip the counter' option. My only suggestions would be to place signs within the airport/rental specifically for customers who chose the 'skip the counter' option. Overall it was a good experience. Would book with Orlando Alamo again.

Excellent car rental experience. I chose the skip the counter option and as advertised avoided the line at the counter picked a car and drove away. Returned the car to the lot got a receipt from the attendant then made my way to the airport without a glitch. I'd checked prices for this trip to Orlando and Alamo had the best price and the service couldn't have been better.

Loved how close the cars were to the airport. Had to have a wheelchair and traveled with an elderly person, so it was very convenient. Great service and really loved being to just walk down the row and choose our own vehicle that was in the price range we chose! Gave us an opportunity to try a vehicle we might not have otherwise! Will use them again in Orlando if we fly again!

They charged me more than the agreed apon price that I got booking online. The car was fine. Trying to get the Orlando branch onthe phone was a nightmare. I tried the customer service number, they couldn't help me. Then I Googled the Orlando branch, called that number and got customer service again. I tried almost every number from the options with Customer service until finally I found someone willing to ring me over directly to the Orlando branch. Alamo is the fastest and easiest way to rent a car out of Orlando, although not always the cheapest. I like the ability to check-in online and avoid the wait at the counter. You just go over, pick out a car, and hand in your paperwork at the exit booth. I also like the way the e-toll system only charges you on the days that you use it.
