Just Awesome Service 8/24/18 We checked in and went to upgrade after a Mustang pulled next to us but long story short Alamo card system needs updating doesn't allow same cars run twice on same card ( Looks like fraud from our credit union, even when I had them on phone mind you we are from out of state) so this Manager Brittany upgraded us anyway and I'm posting pictures to prove but her staff that day as well needs a 10 star ***** With this said to Alamo( Upgrade your payment system to keep the ease of customer satisfaction... read more

We always dread a visit to the Orlando Airport, but this time was an exception - Alamo made car pickup and return easy and stress-free. We were in and out of the airport in under 20 minutes!

Fast, friendly access to clean reasonably priced low mileage cars. From check out to check in the rental car experience at Alamo in Orlando was easy.

We were happy with the variety of cars and that we could choose the one we wanted. Also, when we returned the car it was a VERY busy time but we were greeted promptly and a lovely gentleman assisted us with our baggage to the ticket counter. Excellent experience at Orlando Airport. We will use Alamo again.

I always rent now from Alamo. Prices are reasonable, and the service is always good. I especially like the feature that you can pick your car. We have had extra good service in very different airports such as LAX, Orlando and Corpus Christi. They have been helpful in things like recovering and returning a lost tote bag and restructuring a reservation at a lower price.

As usual everything went smoothly. I have rented from this location several times and never had a problem. There were plenty of cars available and being able to check in on-line allowed us to avoid the hassle of standing in line. Returning the car was easy too. Everyone was professional and polite. Only issue was according to the dash some of the tires were overinflated, so I let some air out.

Checked in prior to arrival at airport. This enabled the ability to by-pass any line at the counter (which I have waited in at this airport for long periods of time). Chose immediately from several SUVs. Great experience. Return was quick and easy as well.

Great experience. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Noted gas tank was a little lower than full, staff immediately reissued a replacement car in a class higher and made the transaction pain free. Thanks

Rent from Alamo often. They were completely out of full size cars. There was a line waiting. Finally talked to a worker and he said to take a min van if that would work. Not exactly what I paid for but didn't want to wait in line for a car.
