Ordered a medium sized hatchback, got a massive suv with only 5000 miles on it instead. Quick service, great car. Recommend.
I’ve had good and very bad experiences with car rentals through every company (the absolute worst being Budget in Denver). My recent experience with Alamo could not have been any better (unless they had decided to comp everything 😁). From customer service (Joey in Philly), to the quality of the car, to the pick up and return processe, everything was great. I will absolutely use Alamo again.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The team here is AMAZING, especially Holly and Anaya. They provided a kind of customer service that is rarely seen these days… Holly went above and beyond to help me with my rental. I will definitely be rented from this location from now on.
My second experience with this location and this place goes above and beyond. Today when I returned my car (which was excellent by the way), I left something under the seat. It was nothing major but they treated it and me as if it was extremely important. The manager Shane was very cordial and concerned. Six stars if I could give it.
The Young lady at the desk when I picked up, the vehicle was great and the gentleman who checked my car in when I brought it back was great!!
