We didn't have any issues and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rented a car this past weekend for a road trip to the new England area. Reservation, check in process was quick and smooth using the app. Pick up was easy and quick. Customer service at the 30th st location was efficient, professional and quick. The car was great! Drove very nice and smooth. Drop off was easy and painless. On the Shenanigator Scale!! It's worth renting here for your adventures. 5⭐️
Completely dissatisfied. Nobody guided me and gave me any information regarding the pickup and return process. The woman at the front desk does care about you and respond very impolitely
