Rented a compact SUV for a week and received a clean, well-maintained car that handled an 800+ mile road trip without a single problem. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, fast, and efficient. They didn’t push me to buy anything beyond what I had already chosen, and overall, I’m happy with my decision to go with them. Highly recommended!
Pittsburgh Airport Alamo/National and Enterprise team always customer first attitude and I really appreciate the way they treat customers and provide good service. Keep up good work guys.
The people were friendly and knowledgeable, the vehicle was clean, ran well and comfortable. The vehicle I expected was what I was able to rent. The negative is that they do not offer handicap placards to disabled or mobility impaired persons who have the documentation to verify that status. They do not offer an active duty, retired, or veterans discount.
