Taylor was very articulate and helpful!! We had reserved the car beforehand and went to pickup. It took us 10 mins before we were out on the road with our rental. We got a Pacifica Chrysler and it was very clean. They give you a slip with 2 barcodes, one on the front and the other on the back. Scan both of them to validate at the exit gate.
Painless process and excellent customer service. Car was also less than 6,000 mi. Importantly one can modify the reservation online (after taking the car) and see the possible change in prices depending on the modifications requested. That sort of transparency is trust building.
I rent from these guys a lot. Great service and cars. David at the front desk is always helpful and gets me in and out, FAST.
