I have rented from Alamo my last two trips from California to Ohio picking up the car at the Dayton, Ohio airport. They are a pleasure to deal with. The staff is fast, friendly and efficient. No long lines here. I have had such bad experiences with Hertz and some of their lower budget companies that I was very frustrated thinking about having to rent a car. Alamo is great.
