The online check-in and skip the counter feature is tops. So far, Alamo had had good prices and a vehicle available when I arrive. I'm beginning to choose them consistently.
Great job Alamo rental! Taz at check in was friendly and quick. Lauren at the car pick up area was friendly, helpful, and had us on our way quickly. The car was perfect and very clean. Drop off was exceptionally easy. Wonderful experience with Alamo all around.
Superb everything about my my Indianapolis stay was wonderful. The airport experience was amazing the Alamo car rental was amazing the hotel red roof Indianapolis Airport was amazing and the food and restaurants and the people were amazing . FDIC 2025 was amazingly amazing.
If you ever extend your rental the surprise will be on you. The rate almost triple,it was devastating the price I was charged for one day. I was so disappointed in Alamo over the phone pricing. Be careful of misquoted pricing .
