5 star customer service at the Indianapolis airport. The ease of booking on APP and going straight to my car was seamless. The car I chose was the Hyundai Kona! So fun to drive and almost brand new! Apple play came up right away. The price was very competitive which is a reason I also chose Alamo. I have always been a hertz loyalist, however, after using the Alamo APP and experiencing 5 star service and car, I am now a huge fan of Alamo!
Huge shout out to Marcus at Alamo Sunday when I was supposed to return my rental car it started to have no oil pressure. Through the day on Monday he made sure that there was a rental car sitting in Chicago O’Hare airport that I was able to pick it up and he met me at Indianapolis airport to ensure that everything was closed out properly would highly recommend renting a car here!!
We specifically reserved a Jeep Wrangler for our trip. When we arrived, we were told that no Wranglers were available. While I understand that inventory issues can occur, I was disappointed that the vehicle we reserved was not available. The representative then offered us what was described as a “free upgrade” and placed us in a Nissan Pathfinder.
