After a grueling two-day airport ordeal with my family due to a storm, I arrived in Indianapolis at 11:30PM only for Alamo to rudely deny my pre-booked, one-way rental. Will never chose Alamo
rented a car from Almo and they were great! Easy to get and easy to return. Very nice and helpful employees.
HUGE shout out to Manager on Duty Kevin whom quickly used 2-way to check for an overlooked and favorite travel cushion left on the back seat floor of our return at FLL! Realizing it less than an hour I exited airport to return center hoping it was located. While not a crisis Kevin clearly treated my inquiry with a sense of urgency, made me feel Valued and prioritized the ask! Everything went smoothly, no problems or issues. Rented the vehicle from Indianapolis International Airport. Attendants were friendly and kind.
