Alamo IND airport were amazing from start to end. Would highly recommend even if the rental rate is higher.
I needed to stop twice to add oil to the engine. After that the engine light came on so I called emergency service. The first person I talked to suggested I go to a service center that was an hour and a half out of my way I realize that I called again and finally talked to someone intelligent. I was directed to go 40 miles to the next service center in the direction I was heading. At the service center I exchange cars with an Enterprise employee. Prepaid for a full size SUV with “guaranteed vehicle” and even completed online early check in only to get there and find absolutely no vehicles. Find out from our uber driver that this is a COMMON occurrence. Absolutely ridiculous.
