My fur baby Leonardo (cat) was just diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Gaines and his staff have been fantastic about answering all of my questions as I learn about this diagnosis and cannot thank Dr. Gaines enough for his recommendations and reassuring nature. He cares for your pet like they are his own and it is truly appreciated!!! Would recommend this animal hospital to anyone and everyone.
Dr. Gaines and The Alamo Ranch Animal Hostpital staff where nothing short from a perfect experience! From the time that I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and acknowledgment. Dr. Gaines took care of our fur baby as if it were his own. Hands down the best vet and vertinarian clinic in the city!
We love Alamo Ranch Animal Hospital! Dr. Gaines has an absolutely wonderful "petside" manner and takes great care of our cats and dogs. We appreciate Dr. Gaines' thoroughness and his willingness to explain options, considerations, and answer all of our questions. His new hospital is beautiful and pet friendly; we especially like the pocketed seating areas in the waiting/reception area. We also love the friendly, helpful, and professional staff. We highly recommend Alamo Ranch Animal Hospital!
