Worst customer service, made an appointment several times, all have been cancelled due to staff not showing up. They don’t call to notify to reschedule. Have to request off work just to be told I won’t be seen. Very rude staff.

Unprofessional and worst customer service. They keep rescheduling my appointment, I have to call to confirm my appointment is still scheduled, when I arrive they say they didn’t have my number to call to reschedule again! The receptionist said “I hope you wouldn’t show up, so we don’t waste your time”. Gee thanks, I have given my contact info many times. I took off work to make this appointment, very frustrating. Do not recommend this place!
Dr. Charito and her staff are excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional.
