Great doctor, evertime I ran out of meds early and failed my UA test he would up my dose of pain killers, he was more than happy to do it! !! He even increased it from three times a day to five times a day. This guy is awesome! !!!!!
The staff and doctors here do not give a cr@p about the patients. My wife has had trouble getting staff to contact Dr Souza to get scheduled Rx refills for PAIN MEDS. She often has to go two or three days without. This past week - she called on Tu to remind them - as directed.....and then called to check with staff on Fr. Staff mbr said that he would take care of the RX.....but no...It's Saturday and nothing. LIARS!! So now she has to go another three days without chronic pain meds.
