SLOW. Staff at desk not on task. Dr are late nurse practioner rude.NO BUENO!!!
The Dr’s are Republicans. I prefer the ones that believe in Science. They were really Rude! If you have Medicare or Medicaid get the best b/c your worth it. They don’t care about you, your just a dollar sign. They gave me wrong diagnosis. Front staff is nice probably b/c they had to hire minorities, which is the only reason I gave a star
Dr Whitney was my Orthopaedic, he did an excellent job fixing my shoulder up! He’s the best Dr I’ve ever been too! His nurse Kelly is amazing as well! If you have any questions or concerns just send her an email and she will find out for you! She gets back to you quick! I love them both, they are such a great team! I’m sure missing my hugs from Dr Whitney!
The physicians are awesome. But management is awful. My surgery was scheduled and they dropped my insurance weeks before. Apparently they knew that they would not be in network, but still proceeded to schedule my surgery that I waited years for. In addition, they have an out of state call center that relays about 50% of my messages and it can take me forever to get a call back. I called 4 times and it took me 3 weeks to get medical records.
