Called back in December to set an appointment. The next available date given was two month out, in February. Got to the the appointment 15 minutes prior. After waiting over 40 minutes without being called, I finally went up to ask. The receptionist said I would be the next to be called, time now is 9:40, about another 10 minutes. That would be an HOUR waiting to be seen. Update: waited 20 minutes until being called in.
