Terrible service and extremely unhygienic practices. I walked in and asked if they accepted walk-ins, and they said yes. The person who started doing my nails appeared to be both a nail technician and the receptionist. While working on my nails, she kept stopping to help other customers who came in. At one point, she was working on three clients at the same time. I came in today for an 1145 appointment with KIM, that I had booked online. I was 10 minutes late getting there and called to let them know I was running late. Never once when I called did they say that Kim was not working? They had me sit in a chair waiting for KIM to come and take care of me and she never showed up. They sent over another manicurist to do my nails and I asked where KIM was and they said she was off. I have been coming here because it’s close to home and convenient. My daughter has never been happy with their service, but we decided to come back when we had guests visiting. We got four pedicures and two manicures. Unfortunately, two of the pedicures were not done correctly, so I came back just to have the polish fixed on two nails. I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and it’s the best nail salon I’ve found. The staff are so sweet, and the customer service is always amazing. They consistently do a great job, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend! Linh and Van are the best.
