They have no working security systems, and failed to notify the customers, my wife had the bumper and other parts stolen of the truck, her bikes and other things, among pulling out of the facility you could see were other vehicles were broken into. They do not reimburse or do anything to resolve the issue. Its up to us they most likely are not insured and obviously decided to not take any action to ensure the safety of there customers property.
