The one star is generous they are begging for a malpractice lawsuit. The office staff is horrible. You have to call nonstop for hours at a time to get through most of the time the phone doesn't even ring it just repeats "this mailbox is full". The physicians are negligent. You wait 4-5 hours for an appointment and if they don't feel like it when it's finally your turn you won't have an appointment. They fraudulently bill your insurance for appointments you dont receive and charge your card on file for copays that you don't g... read more
I was fearful of trying this place - the reviews I read last year- are not good. But honestly, I and my son have been seeing Dr. Edmund Cavazos lll for about a year now - and I have ZERO complaints. The staff is ALAWYS courteous. My son and I see the same doctor: Dr. Edmund Cavazos lll, MD. He is wonderful‼️ He listens and REALLY and honestly wants to help us. He’s such a sweet man. .....
