Shady business practices. Wife went in for tooth extraction and after paying the estimated cost of nearly $500, there were "complications" and we received another bill for almost $500 more. To top it off, insurance company (which we've never had an issue with) claims, even after appeal, the way the procedure was performed was medically unnecessary.
