This guy seems to have a reputation for missing important things in a inspection as im reading reviews. Purchased a home with a pool and let me tell you will go down as worst purchase in history made by me. Was told pool and hottub was fine and everything works as intended. Yet pool had leaks, hottub didn't even have a heater . Not sure why he couldn't have mention these things in a inspection as that is what he was paid for. Would never use or recommend him ever.
