I had to give the gentleman I spoke to on the phone an extra star for the speed with which he concluded our transaction; I reached out to them hoping to speak with someone getting help on the price and availability of some Alamo parts I needed for a repair. I did not have access to the website at the moment and I enjoy reaching out over the phone because I find that more personable.
