All staff members very caring and concerned for my husband Freddie their patient. All were very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all care and treatment that would be available. The Chaplain visited and talked with me about how I was dealing with stressful day to day caring for my husband. The Social worker also visited and help me with some of the things that will occur and ideas for help. The Director Terrie R.N. has been available for us and checks on Freddie for me when I get anxious about how his state of being.... read more

This hospice team was by my side throughout my husband's ordeal and talked me through every step he was going through and helped me to understand where he was at and they made sure that he was not in pain which I was grateful for. At the end Hope had stayed with me till they came and got my husband and that was very comforting for me. Thanks to Rick for coming out and praying with us for us and sharing some helpful verses, Rick helped make it a peaceful passing. Everyone who works for alamo hospice in Waco, Texas has been great. Their non-invasive approach and hands on service has been a life saver. They are always available to answer any question we have and are always there when we need them!!
