We wish to extend a heartfelt thank you for the kind remembrance of my parents 70th wedding anniversary today. We have been so pleased with the services and compassion shown to our Mom in home hospice care. But helping us celebrate this milestone anniversary was, indeed, above and beyond. So appreciate the cake, flowers and dinner provided!
Our Mother’s wish was to pass at home. The caring, compassionate and professional staff assisted with her goal. Thank you to Heather RN, Wanda RN, Candi CNA, Renee SW and Chaplain Randy.
Unprofessional staff, services are performed poorly. Management is atrocious and lacks knowledge of operations. Staff did not respond well to complaints and tried to blame family instead of correcting their issues. Horrible company with a terrible staff. Run away from these people.
Im just an observer I have known the family for over 30 years and I thought that the person on hospice wasn't suppose to be in pain? I thought that the person was supposed to be comfortable? Isn't that what hospice means? What I observed was an elderly woman who was put on hospice after a major surgery and was only prescribed Tylenol! The patient had part of a major organ removed.
