We had a wonderful first experience at the dentist. Very reassuring to the parent and plenty of amenities to make my child as comfortable as possible. They were able to quickly and easily schedule us.
We love everything! The facilities are clean and very kid friendly, the accommodations to make the children (and parents…aka coffee/tea bar) as comfortable as they can during the visit and most importantly, the staff and providers were so kind and thorough.
Called to give them a second try. Nope. They didn’t even answer the phone with a greeting. How is an office booked until November? How are they still in business with such poor customer service and scheduling issues. The first time they told me my daughter was booked for a procedure. The week before I called to get a quote only to find out she was never added to the schedule. Even though we talked about her not eating before hand. Such a miss on their part.
