I bring my dog on wednesdays for the bath special . I have always been greeted with a smiling face the normal front desk person always ask how WE (me and my dog) are doing . Today we called ahead like normal and it was a different person who answered she seemed to be in a rush and not to friendly on the phone I couldnt even understand her name when she answered .When we arrived there was a new person that I have never seen she never looked up from her phone but did say Hi I guess the bell let her know I was there a good min... read more

Front staff Crissy is rude and unprofessional. She doesn't greet you at the door or even acknowledge your presence while she's stuffing her face. You can hear dogs crying in the room and when you look in the window lights are off and they are in little cages. Took a tour and no dogs were outside playing like it claims on their website. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dogs with the staff if they are anything like the front desk staff!
