No longer a reputable doctor for my cancer issues. I am both appalled and astonished, they do not answer phone lines to cancel appointments then expect you to pay for not being able to show when your ill.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic! Dr Julie Fridlington finally diagnosed and treated my daughter's awful skin condition after many previous dermatologists we went to didn't even know what it was, which allowed it to get far worse than it ever needed to. We are SO grateful for Dr Julie F and her extremely nice and professional staff. 🙏🙏🙏

My primary care physician sent a referral to Alamo Heights Dermatology – Bulverde for my annual skin examination. After receiving the referral, the office contacted me to schedule an appointment for June 22, 2026. The earliest available appointment was approximately three weeks later. After scheduling, I received multiple text messages and emails reminding me of the appointment, even though I had already confirmed it several times. As a result, I assumed everything was in order. I have been going to Dr. Julie in Bulverde now for over a year and she is an outstanding doctor. Over the course of my life, I have been to a handful of dermatologists and I can honestly say she is the very best I have gone to. And the people she works with in the office are very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Julie to anyone looking for a dermatologist. I know she works from both the Bulverde office location and the one in Alamo Heights in San Antonio. My wife also goes to Dr. Julie as well.
