Geordon was a great technician with a great deal of honesty and intergrity. Unfortunately, his boss will have to come out as we need a part and something was turned upside down when the tech from Trophy AC was here and they charged an astronomical amount. Also when I called Trophy AC they told me they DO NOT have any HVAC techs do to service at this time. That was distrubing. They last came out in June. Geordon was the tech that came out.. His has great integrity. We went and tried Trophy AC and they charged us an astronomical amount only to find something is upsound down. His boss is going to come out today as Geordon did not have the part with him. Also Trophy AC stated they do NOT have an HVAC techs to hire so if we need service we need to go to someone else.
