Dr. Sal the best chiropractor ever. I have known him for many many years and he is the only one I trust with my health. Highly recommended. He takes medical insurance and has plans that beat many other chiropractic offices. He can see the problem before he even takes the x-rays. That is how good he is.
Doctor Altakali is the very best chiropractor I have ever visited. Over the last 20 years I have been treated by at least 10 chiropractors and none of the treatment by any of them had the lasting effects I get from visiting Alamo Health Institute. I not only would recommend them to friends, my wife mother and good friend are seeing Doctor Altakali on a regular basis.

Dr. Sal is AMAZING!!! I was in so much pain and discomfort this past weekend. I’ve been to Dr. Sal three times this week and I feel so much BETTER! I received such great results in such a short period of time! I still need more visits to get where I need to be but it’s well worth it!! Dr. Sal is very compassionate and caring. I have never felt better!! I was in serious joint pain! Dr. Sal explained the procedures. I was struggling to walk, stand up or just get moving. Dr. Sal had tremendously helped me! I am very great-full!!
